E-Commerce Inc. Purchases Assets of Borden Services Inc.
PITTSBURGH,
PA – Innovate
E-Commerce Inc., consulting experts in business-to-business e-commerce,
has purchased the assets of Borden Services, Inc., a division of conglomerate
Borden Inc. of Columbus, Ohio, for an undisclosed amount.
Borden Services provides e-commerce support to approximately 20 customers,
including Borden divisions and customers unrelated to Borden, and processes
millions of critical business documents on behalf of these customers
on an annualized basis.

in support of business-to-business e-commerce," explains William
