Karen F. Puchalsky
Founder and President

Karen Puchalsky is the Founder, President and CEO of Innovate E-Commerce.  She has a B.S. degree in Business Administration and a minor in Computer Science from St. Vincent College.  She is a graduate from the Institute of Entrepreneur Excellence at the University of Pittsburgh.  When not at her desk working you will find her riding her horse in the discipline of Dressage.

Doug Prom
CIO and CTO

Doug Prom is the CIO and CTO of Innovate E-Commerce. He graduated from University of Wisconsin - River Falls with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Systems and a Minor in Math. He is on the CSU ISTeC Advisory Board as well as on the University of Northern Colorado Monfort College of Business Deans Leadership Council. When Doug isn't working, he enjoys camping, working in the yard, fixing up the house, teaching & being involved in the community.

Maria Aikins
Marketing Director

Maria is the Marketing Director for Innovate E-Commerce. She received her Bachelor of Arts and her Masters of Arts from Duquesne University. When Maria is not busy at Innovate, she can be found hanging out with her horses, dogs, and cats or reading Victorian literature.

Amy Sprague
Vice President, Operations

Amy is the Vice President, Operations of Innovate E-Commerce. She attended the University of Cincinnati and studied Criminal Justice. She is an avid sports fan and considers herself lucky to have a husband and two sons who are fans as well! They love the University of Cincinnati Bearcats and all Cleveland sports. The start of football and baseball season is like a holiday in their household!!!

Jim Palya
Sales Manager

Jim is the Sales Manager with Innovate E-Commerce. Jim brings over 13 years of technology and sales management experience to this role. Jim has previously functioned as Client Solutions Director with Computer Enterprises, Inc. here in Pittsburgh. Jim has a BA in History from The University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown. In his spare time, Jim enjoys spending time with his wife and 2 children and is an avid fan of Pittsburgh sports, especially the Penguins.
