As CIO and a key member of the Innovate E-Commerce executive management team, I excel at taking on new challenges which will deliver profitable and responsible growth for the organization.  I am directly responsible for all aspects of the Innovate E-Commerce EDI Managed Services operations, day-to-day corporate and remote office operations and the corporate wide technology infrastructure.  Under my guidance, our data center processes millions of mission-critical business documents annually representing tens of billions of dollars in commerce for Fortune 2000 customers in a wide range of industry verticals.

Over the years, I have developed corporate wide policies and procedures relating to HIPAA, SAS70, operations, information security, disaster recovery, business continuity as well as setting the overall strategic direction for the corporation.  My background also includes developing and maintaining world-class data center technical and help desk operations and managing all corporate wide software design and development through the usage of internal personnel, contractors and vendors.

I am currently teaching a BACS300 - Information Systems class this semester at UNC's Monfort College of Business. The class is geared towards Juniors and above and covers the full spectrum of IS topics including strategic decision making, ethics & information security, IT architectures, databases and data warehouses, networks, operations management, CRM and BI, and an overview of ERP systems.
ISTeC Advisory Council Advisor - Colorado State University
The ISTeC IAC (Industrial Advisory Council) is composed of representatives of companies located in Colorado that have an interest in information science and technology (IS&T). The IAC was formed so that ISTeC can build and maintain strong interactions with Colorado IS&T industries. The IAC members will be in a position to influence the development and direction of IS&T at CSU. Their familiarity with CSU will allow them to better access students who are potential interns and future employees, as well as to better access the expertise of ISTeC faculty.
