Greatest E-Commerce Challenge to Date: Ongoing, to help people to understand the value of electronic commerce. So many companies are still doing things the old way. Unfortunately, unless they're making or doing something totally unique, they'll be driven out of business if they don't adapt. Certain people within an organization understand the value of e-commerce. My challenge is to help these people make the rest of the organization understand that they'll lose their competitive advantage if they don't change. Favorite Business Solution to Introduce to Customers: Customers truly appreciate Innovate's ability to tackle the toughest, enterprise-wide e-commerce initiatives. I enjoy helping a customer to look at the big picture, and then recommending and implementing solutions that will help customers to reinvent business processes in dramatically better ways. To that end, I enjoy introducing ADVANTAGE, our strategic planning methodology, ERA (Environmental Readiness Assessment), which examines the physical readiness for an e-commerce initiative, and business solutions such as SELFSERV, which web-enables customer service and is often met with a "Wow!"
