Alerts can be set at the Trading Partner, file, and/or document level, and sensitivity levels can be set to determine the severity of the error, and who is notified. Innovate E-Commerce's staff can be notified via our Status Monitor, email, pager, or all three, and you can also choose how you or your customers are notified. Are your processes changing? Innovate also utilizes exception only processing - inbound data files which are incorrect will be stopped, but correct data and files will continue to be processed with no delays.
